Introducing San Diego Chiropractor, Dr. Brian Garrett

Dr. Brian Garrett

"I have always questioned the "status quo", and continue to do so today.  So, when given a "lifelong" drug prescription for asthma , I refused to accept having to be medicated for life!

I found ways to ameliorate my symptoms and the physical limitations of asthma. As a result, I received many awards and accomplished numerous physical goals such as multiple Black Belts in the Martial Arts and several Presidential sports' awards. Today,  I am currently ranked internationally as a 6th degree Master Instructor.

I attended college in the San Francisco Bay area where I received both my Bachelor and Masters degrees in Sports Chiropractic.  In 1986, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West.

During the past 20 years, I have continued my education and supported that of others as a student, teacher, and mentor.  I have earned Board Certification in Sports Injuries, Applied Kinesiology, Integrative Medicine, Pain Management, Clinical Nutrition, Acupuncture, and Disability Analysis.

"I have spent my life looking for ways to help people feel better, get healthy, and take control of their wellness.  I am passionate about always looking forward and helping to minimize the suffering on planet Earth.  Many people spend their health to get wealth - and when it's gone, it's too late!"

Our mission at the SDAC Wellness Center is to make your health your highest priority.

Can chiropractic relieve PMS?
If you have subluxations, especially in the lower spine that impair nerves that direct and monitor the reproductive and hormonal systems, chiropractic could be helpful. Undetected subluxations may also be responsible for pelvic pain, incontinence, sexual dysfunction and even infertility. Maybe chiropractic can help. Find out!
If you have a fever, are you sick or healthy?
Chiropractors love asking this question because it gets to the root of the chiropractic difference. Turns out fevers, vomiting, coughing and even sneezing are all healthy responses. It means your body is working correctly. Taking medications to suppress these natural processes can actually prolong your recovery.
