Introducing San Diego Chiropractor, Dr. Brian Garrett

I have always questioned the "status quo", and continue to do so today.  So, when given a "lifelong" drug prescription for asthma, I refused to accept having to be medicated for life!

I found ways to ameliorate my symptoms and the physical limitations of asthma. As a result, I received many awards and accomplished numerous physical goals such as multiple Black Belts in the Martial Arts and several Presidential sports' awards. Today,  I am currently ranked internationally as a 6th degree Master Instructor.

I attended college in the San Francisco Bay area where I received both my Bachelor and Masters degrees in Sports Chiropractic.  In 1986, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West.

During the past 20 years, I have continued my education and supported that of others as a student, teacher, and mentor.  I have earned Board Certification in Sports Injuries, Applied Kinesiology, Integrative Medicine, Pain Management, Clinical Nutrition, Acupuncture, and Disability Analysis.

I have spent my life looking for ways to help people feel better, get healthy, and take control of their wellness.  I am passionate about always looking forward and helping to minimize the suffering on planet Earth.  Many people spend their health to get wealth - and when it's gone, it's too late!

Our mission at the Orthopedic Specialists of Southern California is to make your health your highest priority.

We will!

Introducing San Diego Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Jonathon Nissanoff, FAAOS

"We are committed to providing first class care to all our patients."

We welcome you to Orthopedic Specialists of Southern California. We care about you and are sensitive to your needs. It is our desire to assist you in caring for your orthopedic problems and concerns. This is done by performing complete orthopedic exams, and providing appropriate medical and surgical treatment. Individual care is of the utmost importance. Each person's injury is handled differently because no two people respond the same way to a specific procedure or technique, and because the demands of age, competitive levels, activities, and occupations vary.

In order to acheive this goal, good communication between you and our staff is essential. Please clearly tell us your needs and expectations. We will in turn be able to share with you our findings and recommendations.

If at any time you have unanswered questions, please inform your doctor or any of our staff. This will enable us to provide you with the most effective care and to continually evaluate the service we are providing.

Dr. Brian Asks some important questions of interest to San Diego residents - Chiropractor San Diego Dr. Brian Asks...

How do most people deal with subluxations?
First, they try to ignore them. When they don't, they go to the medicine cabinet to stop their brain from feeling the symptom. Later, back surgery may be threatened. Sadly, it's not until this later stage that they consult our San Diego chiropractic office. Yet, even with the delay, most are delighted by the results produced by today's chiropractic care. Contact us and let's get started.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
