Custom Orthotics Help San Diego Residents

WHAT ARE ORTHOTICS?

Orthotics are custom insoles which maximize foot and body mechanics while we stand, walk and run by controlling motion, weight distribution and reactive ground pressure. Everyone’s feet are different and each person’s feet require a focused corrective alignment which is performed by certified technicians using advanced computer technology.

IMPROPER MOVEMENT STRESSES FEET

When your feet strike the ground at an improper angle, arches over-compress and your feet flatten too much. This causes too much of your body weight to be supported by bones & soft tissue. Your muscles become overworked, making it difficult for your ligaments to hold the joints and bones in place. This extra strain may lead to foot problems over time.

ORTHOTICS CORRECT MOVEMENT, STOP STRESS

By controlling the foot position, orthotics limit the amount your feet flatten. Your weight is more equally distributed throughout your feet, reducing stress on soft tissue and joints. Relieving stress on the bones and soft tissue can dramatically reduce or eliminate pain in your feet, legs, back, and other joints.

How do most people deal with subluxations?
First, they try to ignore them. When they don't, they go to the medicine cabinet to stop their brain from feeling the symptom. Later, back surgery may be threatened. Sadly, it's not until this later stage that they consult our San Diego chiropractic office. Yet, even with the delay, most are delighted by the results produced by today's chiropractic care. Contact us and let's get started.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
