Your First Visit to Our San Diego Practice

To find out how we can help you, we ask questions and listen. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a health history form or click here to download the paperwork from our website and save time on your first visit.  During your initial consultation, Dr. Garrett  will perform a complete chiropractic and kinesiology (muscle testing) exam.  Other evaluative procedures will be a posture analysis and a health appraisal questionnaire.  Dr. Garrett may also prescribe having X Rays taken.

You will also receive a complete tour and description of our Wellness Center within the San Diego Athletic Club and all of the programs and services we offer.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

San Diego chiropractic patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!
